The location was excellent, close to bars and restaurants and the main shopping centre, Brixham, Paignton and Dartmouth and the sea front and harbour. The room was immaculately clean with a large en-suite bathroom and we greatly enjoyed the stay.

Stayed for 4 nights in this extremely comfy place, enjoyed that. The English breakfast was wonderful and marvellous with tea coffee full English and local bacon and sandwiches. The staff and the owner were all really helpful and very attentive.

I really enjoyed particularly good location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Abbey Park. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. The breakfast was marvellous and gorgeous with was served and local bacon, perfect to start my day.

Had very very good stay in value for money. Really enjoyed standard queen room I booked, it was neat. Coffee & tea making machines and glassware were provided. The location was perfect, not very far from Riviera International Centre. There were the main shopping centre and a shopping mall around the hotel.

It has excellent, nice setting, close enough to suburb which a lovely selection of cearls and a lovely choice on the menu, the seafront and restaurants, and Harbour where there are numerous bars and restaurant's. You will be about a 10-minute drive from Livermead Beach. The superb and delicious breakfast offers outstanding food: hot waffles and pancakes.
